Hub Ventures has 33 semifinalists and they are pitching thru Wednesday. Don’t miss your opportunity to hear about the exciting ventures your fellow Hubbers are working on. Seating is limited so arrive early to ensure your spot. Check out the Pitch Line-Up. All pitch sessions will be taking place at Hub SoMa, tomorrow and Wednesday, all scheduled to be between 9AM-12PM, and then 2PM-5PM.
And, during lunch Tuesday, you should join us for the final Hub Lab on Salesforce for small businesses. You can RSVP here. You will find links to the Hub Workbench below, or you can always check out our calendar.
It’s been great seeing you all around the space over the last few weeks. I just want to encourage everyone to be aware of others looking for a place to sit, booking privacy booths, or possibly trying to figure out the espresso machine. Your fellow members are there to help, and if not, then there is always a host.
Of everyone who reads this, I like you the best,

Our first book club, in partnership with Intersection for the Arts, was a stunning success– be sure to check the newly adapted play version of the book we read, “Nobody Move” by Denis Johnson, presented on May 21 here in the Chronicle building! Our next book club meeting is set for March 23 to go over the book, “The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks” by Rebecca Skloot. Hub Futbol is starting next Wednesday, March 16, so be sure to meet us at Berkeley Hub at 6pm to walk to the park downtown for a game of pickup– all skill levels welcome! Finally, we will have our third whiskey club meeting next Tuesday, at a location TBD. Join our google group for complete updates.
As always, if you have any inkling to get a group of people together around a common interest or theme, think about starting a Hub Club! Or, join an existing club that suits your fancy. It’s super easy. Need help getting started or have any questions? Email email@example.com.
