Hub Berkeley would invites you to the Nonviolent Communication Workshop on Monday June 21 from 6:30pm-8:00pm.
The workshop will be a collaboration of Hub minds working towards sustainability on a global scale by influencing people with decision making power. This sustainability requires balancing entrepreneurship with collaboration and personal power with others. Success comes from working with like-minded people and interacting with people with differing opinions.
This workshop provides a framework and a practice for making grounded choices in challenging moments and learning how to speak and listen in ways that foster trust, mutual respect, and understanding even in the midst of intense disagreements.
During this workshop, hear from Miki Kashtan who consults, writes and teaches NVC at workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area and around the world. She holds a PhD in sociology from UC Berkeley, and is a co-founder of Bay Area Nonviolent Communication (BayNVC) in Oakland.
This event is free to members, $5-20 sliding scare for everyone else. Don’t forget to register.
